Ben Paul Morris (b. 1978) is a Baltimore-based filmmaker with several international and domestic network, commercial, and feature credits under his belt. He produces and directs independent films, and his first festival short "The Solderer" (2019) received nominations in six categories at the DC48Hr Film Project, including “Best Director” and “Best Picture,” and took home prizes for “Best Score” and “Best Art Direction.” Meticulously organized, pragmatic yet open-minded, Ben seeks to bring authenticity to each project on which he collaborates, passionately applying his photographer’s eye to visual storytelling in a manner that has been compared to that of a novelist.

When not on set, Ben enjoys traveling with his family and substitute teaching for the local school system.
